When the snow melts and spring comes, you’ll tend to wonder what the great fuss had been for. Looking at the bare soil and greening grass, you’ll wonder, had it been so dark and oorie? Had the tempests been so stormy?
You’ll forget the errantry of sliding on icy highways as spring premieres those mud-filled morasses of a Yankee byway.
So much to look forward to!
I can still picture those hardened chunks of snow stuck under the back of the car, blackened with exhaust fumes. Good memories, Lou! 😄
