Max: it’s a big deal, I was a Captain, I skipped right to Major without hardly trying. But I don’t understand why Mom and Dad are so mad with me.

Was milk involved? Try telling them not to cry over spilled milk. Then give that adorable smile and watch them melt. Who’s a good boy, Max?!
Marcus and Sabrina were not impressed. He didn’t share.
Oh dear! What was in the trash can (or should I say bin)?
Doesn’t matter. He’s not picky. Sabrina and Marcus, though, have more sophisticated tastes.
Yeah, dog are not the most discerning of diners, are they?
*Dogs
What was in there? Fish guts? Inquiring mind over here wants to know.
Marcus and Sabrina were not impressed. Nothing especially good. And he did not share.
“Mindy T. Dog the Brave and Good would honor you, Max. Bear and I never get in the trash. Your pal forever, Teddy Bear T. Dog”

Mindy only did this when she felt neglected and left behind. Not that she didn’t avail herself of the contents, but…
P.S. Teddy would like Max to know that — if he can work it out — brownie crumbs off a plate on the coffee table are pretty good if his human leaves them out.
OHHHH, the story we can tell about the entire dish of coffee chocolate brownies he stole about a year ago. he was just a bit hyper for about fourteen hours, but we were ready to take him to the vet emergency ward until 4 AM….that little a hole is never allowed around brownies!
“Martha, what’s ‘a hole’?”
“What Bear dug between the lilac bushes.”
He’s so naive…
