The last pumpkin from the garden has been baked, skinned, and is awaiting the food processor to be pureed. Then into a batter, for a hopefully not bitter batter with a bit of butter. Mixed, put in the oven, I hope to transform that final pumpkin into a pleasant pumpkin bread as its final foray.
