How can a festival of fools be localized? Seriously, that looks like fun.
Historically a Festival of fools happened on New Years. But Burlington in January is iffy at best; so I guess they decided to go for early August. I’m adding a link to the video I shot with my phone of a British pair of street comedians – if you have the time or incination to watch:
