NO! No, and NO. What are you, an idiot? Do you want to give Officer Opie an excuse to haul your sorry ass in? Analyse the photo. Note the empties nearby, the body posture, both big no-no’s of public sleeping. Now orderly sitting on the nearby bench, empties responsibly disposed of, you just like a normal citizen dozing in the sun – ” nothing to worry about here, officer!”

Remember: keep a low profile—no panhandling where you are going to snooze. Avoid this idiocy near restaurants – they don’t want to lose business because you make the neighborhood look bad. This is almost as bad as passing out in an alley.
