Day, night, who cares? When the snow blows, the temperature drops, and the backyard trails are ice, it’s wood stove time! Yes, there’s a mixture of anticipation and competition involved. There are only a few favored spots that allow optimal heating.

My brother and I have a timeshare operation for the window seat. He has an hour, and I have an hour. Sabrina, my sister, prefers the rocking chair, so we dominate the close-up spots.
Today they are forecasting a heavy storm. Optimism is the rule of the day!
Send father out to load more wood! Get the blaze roaring!

Snow predicted here, too, and I haven’t assembled my fancy shovel. I might but might not. Stay warm!
I took mine out for a try. I worked well, but it was definitely an aerobic experience with four and a half inches. It’s supposed to be good till six. I’d say that the sweet spot would be two, maybe three of powdery snow,
I am really not sure about this thing since I got it put together. We’ll see. We’re supposed to have snow tonight. I plan only to use it on the driveway because it is prone to ice if the snow melts.
That’s a plan!
Finding all the warm spots! Cute!
I love your fuzzy family, and especially that last shot with you. <3
They both love to take rides.
