My breed is a cattle dog. Yes, I am also part terrier, but Dad says I have cattle dog instincts. But recently, I have had a lot of self-doubt. I have a younger brother and sister who are cats. Herding them has been challenging. They even joke and tell me their favorite pastime is running me around.
Dad says I must accept it as a challenge and that I’m not the only one who has found herding cats difficult.
Why is he laughing; this is serious!

What a fun post. Cattle dogs are beautiful, loyal and strong aren’t they.
I wouldn’t risk herding cats though, far too dangerous!
Well he tries to herd the entire family, Mason.
By the way, I loved yesterday’s story! You used the illustration perfectly and built on it.
Oh yes they have a strong herding instinct and so everyone gets put in their place dont they.
I did love yesterday’s prompt. It just told its story to me. Thanks for having a read, Lou.
My cats thought this post was hilarious! Who’s a good boy, Max? ๐น๐ธ

We just have to keep things in order. Your pal forever, Teddy Bear T. Dog, Australian Shepherd at your service. P.S. I don’t like cats.
Convince them you are following them, not herding them. With cats, it’s always their way or the highway! Best wishes for success!
