Marcus: It’s been a hard day. Those birds are so disrespectful. I had to jump at them through the door. Caw, Caw, Caw all afternoon. And then that big one had the nerve to threaten me with something called a Murder of Crows.
Max: I know how you feel. I chased them away so the little birds could eat, and they told me they’d come back and I’d be sorry. It’s great to lie in front of the fire and relax.
Dad to Mom: I don’t know where all those crows came from, but they sure appear angry about something. We’ve never done anything to hurt them!

Oh, these two. The old ‘no eye contact’ routine. They must be innocent. ๐
That’s their story, and they are sticking to it!
Funny!! But oh, this photo reminds me of how much I miss my wood stove from my last house. The boys know where the best place is, don’t they.
The cats also like to rest on the afghan covered chairs in front of the stove. a warm spot on a chilly night is the best.
