Timorous? No! Cautious, a bit conservative – with a sister like Sabrina, if you are late to supper, you are too late.
I am described as serious, studied, and even wise for my age. But Timorous?

The giant railroad cat is, surely, a comic book saga waiting to happen?
Marcus see it as a movie. He can see it as a holiday release – Marcus rescues Santa Cat from the tiny people?

We may hire you and Louis as consultants on the Grreat Epic!
Louis would be great. He is the king of creating horrendous twists to what ought to be pleasant situations.
Perfect!

A freelanced B&M subsidiary, circa 1952 in costal Maine the urban metropolis of Passamygaskeag – home to Bernie and Mary’s Baked Beans. Basically an elaborate interchange for B&M and a still independent Maine Central. I tore down the big two-level layout about three years ago. This is a 4X8 on steroids using HO Kato Unitrack. So much easier to take care of!
Boston & Maine and Maine Central in 1952 are two railroads that make great interchange partners. I imagine you have a lot of BAR State of Maine products cars heading through their off of the MEC onto the Boston and Maine.
A 4×8 is easier to take care of, I agree. I used to model trains years ago, however, I gave it up to become a railroad artist.
