Sabrina: What would he do if he didn’t have us to remind him that it was getting chilly and the stove needed to be lit? That wood needed to be brought in?
Sigh…I thought kittenhood would last longer. But it’s getting chilly in the evening, and what’s a cat to do? My brothers said it was my turn to “adult” and get Father to load and light the stove. They seem sure that if we put in enough sessions with him, we’ll at least train him. My brother Max, the dog, says hoomins can’t be “educated”.
Mother was busy making something in the kitchen, and wanted him to go to the “store”, but I side-tracked him, and now she’s grumbling about sandwiches for dinner again. I don’t care we are delicat and need our comfort!
Adulting is hard work. I need a nap. But first the stove!

I share your priorities, Sabrina. Sadly I’m both the adult and the human in this family.
Sabrina: I know it’s hard especially with no cats and two dogs. but you can do it! just channel your inner cat!
MEOW!!!!!
Sabrina: Very Good! Just work a bit on you accent!
Loved this… lol! Hugs
My craving for heat and a roaring stove are very cat-like. I’m good at carrying wood. I think Sabrina and I would get along well.
