Nice! You have enough jars to sell some, maybe?! Not sure how much of it you eat throughout the year. How long will it keep? I’m guessing quite awhile.

After doing it for a few years you realize how energy and labor-intensive it is to do. which has to be why it costs so much retail. I’d need a bigger sugarbush to make it worthwhile, and I’m not sure I’d want to do it.
