Historical Figures

I forget which deity sprang from Zeus’ forehead. Some primordial diety. For our genetic background, the rest of us have to deal with Ancestry, 23 and me, or some other place.
The possibilities are vast but also very limiting. So, of course, you are bound to be pleased and disappointed when you find that Gengis Khan is an ancestor. But hey! He spread his genes so willy nilly that a considerable percentage of us can call each other cousin with impunity. Regrettably, you are just as likely to be related to mass murderers as famous historical figures.

Oh, wait. Most of those historical figures were mass murders. What was I thinking?
